In compliance with the Town of Ingersoll Retail Cannabis Store Policy Statement, notice has been received from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) for an application undergoing public notice for cannabis retail authorization within an identified ‘sensitive’ area within the Town’s municipal boundaries.
